A welcome offer is a contract. This guide walks through its standard clauses in the order they actually bite: wagering first, then contribution, bet caps, exclusions and cashout limits.

Wagering: the multiplier is only the start
A 40x bonus wagering requirement on a 0.1 deposit means 4 units of qualifying turnover. That is simple arithmetic. The complications live around it. Some operators apply the multiplier to deposit plus bonus; others to bonus only; a few to winnings from free spins with no cap. Some calculate rollover from theoretical edge using a default edge percentage when a game-specific value is unavailable, which changes how fast different games clear. Read which base the multiplier applies to before anything else.
Game contribution tables
Slots usually contribute 100% to wagering; table games often contribute 10% or less; live dealer and some originals can contribute zero. A bonus that looks clearable in an evening on blackjack may not clear at all. Contribution tables are usually published per campaign. Find them, because "excluded products and campaigns still apply" is one of the most common clauses in crypto casino terms.
Max bet while wagering
Nearly every offer caps the single-bet size while a bonus is active. Breach it and operators commonly void bonus funds and associated winnings. The cap applies per spin or round, and bonus-buy features frequently violate it by definition. If you like high-volatility play, decide whether the bonus is worth playing under a leash at all; declining bonuses is always allowed.
Cashout caps and conversion limits
Free-spin offers and no-deposit credits often carry maximum cashout clauses: winnings convert to withdrawable balance only up to a fixed multiple or flat amount, and the rest disappears at conversion. No-deposit bonuses also tend to require identity verification before withdrawal regardless of size. The bonus itself can be the trigger.
Campaign churn
Crypto casino promotions move fast. Operators running frequent campaigns change term sets between offers, so last month's notes do not describe this week's reload. Sportsbook promotions usually carry their own rollover rules separate from casino play, and mixing products under one active bonus is a classic way to void both. - Which games contribute what, and which are excluded?
- What is the max bet while wagering?
- Is there a max cashout, and what happens above it?
- What is the deadline, and does another product's play pause the clock?
